Well then. When the “work Christmas party” was announced to be the final week of November I had no idea what I was in store for. Maybe a restaurant? Maybe a pub? Maybe some team building stuff? “No such luck” I was told, “we’re going to be doing something far better.” As it turns out we did all of them, in one, in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. I had never been to the area before and, even though it was raining a little bit, I still saw a decent amount of the place where we stayed.

That classic stone look is present on the facade of every building, with narrow streets and cobbled areas with gorgeous local stores run by local people. If the weather had been a little bit nicer it could well have been a nice holiday. As it was it was a hell of couple of days away with the team!
